How long does shipping take?
Items are usually shipped within 2 business days.

The time needed to for shipment transit time will vary depending on the shipment's location and the particular time of year. Customers should expect a 7-10 day delivery time.

Are shipments insured?

Yes, insurance is included in the cost of shipping charges.

Do you ship Internationally?

No we ship only in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, and Military APO/FPO addresses.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

No we cannot ship to PO Boxes.

How long does it take to respond to emails?

We will usually respond to emails within 24 hours.  Do to some unforeseen problems occasionally it could take longer, however we will do our best to respond in a timely manner.
